The New York financial community is mourning the passing of Kevin Littleton, a respected Wall Street executive, Managing Director, and founder of Napoleon Partners, who died on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the age of 41.
Kevin built an accomplished career spanning nearly two decades, earning a reputation for leadership, strategic insight, and a commitment to expanding investment opportunities for individuals. A graduate of Yale University, where he studied Political Science and Government from 2003 to 2007, he combined academic excellence with a passion for finance that shaped his professional journey.
Throughout his career, Kevin held senior positions at several leading financial institutions. He served as Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as in leadership roles with BNP Paribas and Odeon Capital Group. He later joined Beyond Alpha Ventures, where he advanced to Managing Director while working across venture capital, equity markets, and investment strategy.
In July 2025, Kevin founded Napoleon Partners, naming the firm in honor of his grandfather, a military veteran. Guided by the mission of “giving power to the investors,” the firm sought to make sophisticated investment opportunities more accessible while promoting financial empowerment.
News of Kevin’s passing prompted an outpouring of tributes from family, friends, colleagues, and fellow Yale alumni. His brother, Dr. Jason Littleton, shared a message of faith, expressing gratitude for Kevin’s life and confidence that they would one day meet again. His sister, Sarah Littleton, also thanked friends and supporters for their prayers during the family’s time of grief.
Kevin will be remembered not only for his achievements on Wall Street but also for his vision, integrity, generosity, and dedication to helping others succeed. He is survived by his siblings, extended family, and a broad network of colleagues and friends whose lives were enriched by his leadership and friendship.
